      Cancellation Policies    

These are our cancellation policies and are enforced due to reserved cabins are difficult to rent at the last minute. We appreciate your understanding.

We ask that you cancel prior to  two weeks in advance of arrival date
2 weeks prior to arrival date:
$15.00 charge per unit (Plus 10% if a credit card was used as deposit)
Less than 2 weeks:
Same as above PLUS 1 (One) Nights rent per unit
2 Days or less - Full rental fee
